Every batch is roasted by hot air in small lots, with eyes on management to make certain the distinctive flavor, rich taste and mouth-drooling aroma comes through. We use prized 100% Arabica coffee beans. Just what is an Arabica coffee bean? Arabica embodies approximately 70% of the world's coffee production. The Arabica plant is an evergreen, typically large bush with dark green, oval shaped leaves that can reach a height up to 20 feet.
Yes, we also carry decaffeinated coffee! Our decaffeinated coffees are naturally decaffeinated, using the European water process. This process removes 97% of the caffeine from the green.
Our hand-picked, mountain grown Arabica beans are quickly shipped to our door while still green prior to being custom roasted and flavored. Our roasters will please the most discriminating palate! Don't get overwhelmed with our many flavors to choose from. Try them all, one at a time! Your order is packed and ready for shipping within 24 hours of the roasting. When ordering, you just specify flavor, whole bean or ground. Our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You can order up to 7 pounds and pay one low shipping price.
